This vitola has the largest ring gauge of of the 3 maduro 5s that were idntroduced in 2007. The wrappers are fermented and aged for a minimum of five years. The end result is a well rounded and opulent cigar with cedar, pepper, vanilla and dark cocoa flavours.

Cohiba is a premium brand that was established in 1966. It was a favourite of Fidel Castro and was originally only rolled for him and offered to certain government officials. The brand became commercially available in 1984. The range consists of medium to full strength cigars made from the best tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region of Cuba which go through an extra fermentation process. They are not cheap but the are the best of the best!
